Dynamic and imaginative designer, with invaluable creative experience seeking a senior level position. As a concept designer with Quill’s in-house creative agency, I have had the chance to work on a broad range of marketing initiatives. I provided design and creative direction for product promotions, packaging, catalog covers, direct mail, a company rebrand and social media campaigns. This also required understanding business objectives, collaborating with copywriters, and managing other team members. Concept Design Manager - 2018 to 2022
Focusing on creative concepts for higher level projects, including updating Quill branding. As well as product packaging, establishing the design guidelines for email marketing and catalog covers. This required presenting creative to in-house and upper management, understanding the business requirements, and handing off work to the design team to complete the deliverables, while managing team members, and mentoring younger designers.

Creative Lead - 2015 to 2018
On top of creating catalog covers, tiered inserts, trade show deliverables and product packaging from concept to completion, I managed three designers, mentoring them to the next level.

Creative Designer - 2011 to 2015
Shadowed the Lead Designer and was given more creative responsibilities including catalog covers, tiered inserts and product packaging.

Associate Designer - 2009 to 2011
Continued to create interior pages for the yearly 1,200 page Reference Guide and other pieces, but also worked on inserts and package stuffers.

Production Artist - 2007 to 2009
Created and edited interior pages for the yearly 1,200 page Reference Guide, monthly catalogs and other product category pieces.
